Chiropractor Boone IA Nathaniel Khan

Nathaniel Khan D.C.

Hey! I’m Dr. Nathan. I was born in Des Moines, IA and raised in Boone, IA. It always surprises patients that I am a local to the area, I believe that’s due to my ethnic background; my father is from Guyana, South America.

Growing up I was involved with activities at a local church along with sports such as track, basketball, and football.

Patients tend to recognize me from when I worked at our local Hy-Vee, I worked there for six years. I graduated from Boone high school in 2010 and DMACC in 2012 with my associates degree. In 2017 I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic with my bachelors and doctorate. In my free time I enjoy spending time doing projects with my dad, relaxing at home, and playing with my dogs.

I was in the pursuit to be in the medical field and one day owns my own business. My interest in chiropractic came after going to a trip to Des Moines University and visiting a local chiropractor Dr. Richard Elbert in Ogden, IA. I quickly became a patient at Dr. Rick’s office where I started to notice how much chiropractic care changed my daily life; I wasn’t having to take ibuprofen anymore. After while Dr. Rick encouraged me to visit Palmer! Shortly after this conversation Nathan signed up to go to a prospect student event at Palmer College. During this event I knew that chiropractic was the profession that I wanted to do; I wanted to help people feel their best without having to use artificial means like ibuprofen.

I am thankful to be able to work in our community and look forward to helping you experience the magic of chiropractic.

Chiropractic Boone IA Elizabeth

Hi there! I’m Liz. I grew up in the small town of Colo, IA. Growing up I was heavily involved in sports including flag football, volleyball, track, and softball. I graduated from Colo-Nesco high school in 2012 with a very large class of 36 people!

Unsure of what profession I wished to go into I enrolled at DMACC in Boone IA let’s say that didn’t last long.

In 2013, I moved to Davenport with Nathan as he started his chiropractic journey. In 2015 I graduated Capri College receiving my state massage therapy license. During Nathan’s time at school, he really taught me about chiropractic, and I got to witness how much it can help someone thus I began my journey at Palmer college of Chiropractic. In 2017 I graduated with my AA degree as a chiropractic technologist and my state license to take x-rays. I’ve worked at two well-known massage chains, before becoming full time at the office. You might catch me doing front-end office duties or doing massages! On the weekends I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling with friends, and hangout with our fur babies. Hope to meet you soon!
